Illinois Technology Enterprise Centers provide counseling, training and technical assistance to technology oriented entrepreneurs to enhance their opportunities to compete for Federal research and development awards. The Centers promote the formation, growth and development of small innovative firms by helping them understand and access Federal research contracting opportunities.
